Port Reception: Secretary Wobensmith gives remarks at the Sister Port Reception.

On May 17, 2018, Secretary Wobensmith attended the International Sister Port Reception in Baltimore. This reception took place in conjunction with GreenPort Congress America, a sustainability-themed port conference. The reception honored the international speakers coming to the conference from several of the countries within the Maryland sister city/state relationship, including Japan, Liberia, the Netherlands, and Germany.
