Anthony Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer for County Tipperary Ireland with Irish businessman and owner of Shamrock Enterprises, James Doherty, visited Maryland on Thursday, February 23, 2023 to explore business opportunities.

Mr. Fitzgerald encouraged Mr. Doherty to visit Maryland after invitation was extended by Sister States board members, Candice Kelly and Patrick Capurro, during their January, 2023 visit. Secretary of State Susan Lee and Deputy Secretary of State, Michael Lore, met with the Irish Delegation.
